At Hanumanaguthi’s, we ensure that every handcrafted piece reaches you safely and on time.

1. Processing Time

Each order is carefully checked, packaged, and dispatched within 2–3 business days of purchase. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take slightly longer (up to 5–7 days).

2. Delivery Time

We offer standard shipping (7–10 business days) across India.
International deliveries may take 10–15 business days, depending on customs and destination.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on location, weight, and order value. The final cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to monitor your order in real time.

5. Delays

Delays due to weather, customs, or courier issues are beyond our control. However, our team will assist you with updates and resolutions promptly.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
In case of a lost shipment, we will initiate an investigation with the courier partner.
